Q: What can I do if my mailbox is damaged from a snow plow?
A: Report it the township offices. The Service Department supervisor will check the damage to determine how the damage was done and if the township will be responsible for repairing or replacing* it.

*Note: the township does not replace for like-kind. The township's liability per occurrence is limited to a mailbox approved by the United States Postal Service. See the Service Department page for the full mailbox policy.

Q: My streetlight is out, how can I get this fixed?
A: FirstEnergy has an online reporting system, however, it is acceptable to report it to the township. By reporting it to the township, we can track which lights have been reported.
